Preparation

Cut the meat into pieces, crush the garlic, rosemary and bay leaves, add a tablespoon of sweet pepper, cloves, nutmeg, chillies to taste and beer. It will taste more pronounced if you let it marinate overnight. otherwise, leave it for 3 hours.

For cooking, you have two options:
1st - In a tray, take it to the oven with oil and butter. Cover with aluminum foil.
2ª-Place the parts of the rabbit in a frying pan with hot oil and let it fry until golden brown. Then add the marinade mixture and if you want more sauce, add white wine.
Let it fry for approximately 20/30 minutes, stirring when necessary.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!
