We make a well-drunk béchamel with the milk, butter and flour, season with salt and pepper and add nutmeg.

Add the grated goat cheese, the egg yolks and the corn starch to the béchamel sauce.

we mount the whites with a pinch of salt and a pinch of baking powder.

we incorporate in an enveloping way to the previous preparation.

Arrange in the greased casseroles, leaving space for them to grow and bake for about 15 minutes in a 180º oven.

Servin immediately.

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 yolks
  • 5 clear
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
