Preparation

The yams are peeled and cut into quarters.
Cut the goat to pieces that are not too small.
Bring a pan to the heat with the onion cut in thin half-moons, olive oil, the clean tomato from the skins and seeds, the chopped garlic cloves, the bay leaf and the cloves to sauté.
When the onion is soft, add the goat and sauté a little more.
Add the wine and sip of water and the yam.
Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 50 minutes. Check.

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 600 grs of goat
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 dl of white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • piripiri q.s.
  • salt q.s.
  • 1 dl of olive oil
