Preparation
Cook the wadding (beef belly) in a pressure cooker until soft.
In a saucepan, fry with the oil with achiote, onion and garlic, add the salt and pepper and let it cook. Increase the peanut paste by mixing with a wooden spoon, then increase the milk and cooked potatoes until it is the desired thickness.
at the end, place the chopped wadding. Accompany with chili and avocado.

- - 5 tablespoons chopped white onion
- - 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
- - 2 chopped garlic cloves
- - ½ lb of baked potato
