Preparation

- make a rehash with the onion and oil
- boil the potatoes with salt and when they are soft mash them until they form a puree
- Add the potato to the fry and with these make balls
- make a hole in the balls and put the cheese in it, close them until they take the shape of thick tortillas
- put them in a pan until golden brown



Serve with lettuce and tomato and if possible with avocado.
