Preparation

Start by making a paste to mix with the ground meat.
In a blender, add the garlic, onion, black pepper, parsley and egg. Grind everything very well.
In a container, put the ground beef, bacon and the sauce you prepared and mix everything very well.
With the mixture, make the hamburgers using a mold to look better.
Take to the freezer and leave for at least 3 hours to freeze.

Remove from the freezer.
Heat a plate or skillet very well, put some butter and grill the hamburgers.

Serve on bread or plate as you prefer
