Preparation
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, brown the bacon or kielbasa. drain off any fat.
2. Add and mix the onion, bell pepper and celery. sauté for 5 minutes until onion is cooked.
3. Add and mix the beans, seasoning packet, hot sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. reduce heat to simmer and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. mix occasionally. serve over rice.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of diced bacon or 1/4 pound sliced kielbasa
- 1 cup onion chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk of celery, diced
- 1 15.5-ounce can carita goya beans, undrained
- 1 envelope of goya seasoning without achiote
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- hot chili sauce to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
