Preparation
- Cut the white part and the tender part of the green leek into slices.
- Sauté the leek slices in a frying pan using ½ part of butter and ½ of oil.
- season and reserve.
- lightly beat the eggs.
- mix the eggs with the cream, cream cheese and leeks.
- add the grated cheese and season again if necessary.
- place the dough disk in a pan.
- fill with the leek mixture.
- Bake in a moderate oven until the surface is golden brown, about 40 minutes.
- remove and serve warm or cold.
