Matcha green tea

Matcha tea is made from the youngest leaves of green tea. has properties such as: caffeine, and chlorophyll, providing antioxidants for the body. Some scientific studies have associated the consumption of matcha tea with some improvements in brain function and weight loss, in addition to a protective effect on the liver.

Preparation

  • 1 teaspoon of matcha;
  • 1 cup of tea
