Lavender Tea

Lavender is a very versatile medicinal plant, capable of helping to strengthen muscles, to treat insomnia, to improve cardiovascular health, poor digestion, to fight inflammatory processes, to detoxify the body, to treat acne, to relieve pain head, improving digestive and respiratory health, due to its relaxing, calming, antispasmodic, analgesic and antidepressant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Preparation

  • 35 grams of Lavender flowers
  • 1/2 liter of boiling water.
  • Preparation mode:
  • Bring the water to a boil and when it boils, add the Lavender flowers and let it boil for about 5 minutes covered, then turn off the heat and let the infusion rest for another 10 minutes.
  • Strain and drink at the temperature to your liking.
