Pomegranate Tea

Among its main properties are potassium, vitamin C, vitamin K and folate. Not only, the fruit is rich in fiber, which helps in intestinal functioning and weight loss, and in flavonoids, powerful antioxidants, helps to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's and prevents anemia. Pomegranate has no fat in its composition. It can be used as a treatment aid: throat, blood pressure, as well as skin rejuvenation.

Preparation

  • 10 grams of pomegranate peel
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Pour boiling water over the pomegranate peels, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Strain and drink.
  • Take 2 to 3 times a day.
