Fenugreek Tea

The main active substances in fenugreek is trigonelline, in addition to containing flavonoids, minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium and iron and vitamins A, D, C and B complex, in addition to fibers and proteins. Being considered a reducer of glucose levels, its antioxidant action, prevents damage caused by free radicals. And its use helps to reduce the discomfort of the menstrual period and minimize the symptoms of menopause, and stimulates the production of testosterone, improving sexual performance.
