Oolong tea

Oolong tea is partially oxidized. Contains caffeine, fluorine, magnesium, potassium, sodium, manganese, niacin, amino acids such as theanine and antioxidant polyphenols. Polyphenols help to maintain
normal blood sugar levels and decrease the risk of developing type 2 diabetes; although more studies are needed. Oolong tea can help lower the risk of heart disease, stroke and hypertension in some people. It can also help to increase bone mineral density, also strengthening tooth enamel and reducing the formation of dental plaque. The combination of caffeine and polyphenols increases the burning of calories and fats, favoring weight loss. The caffeine, antioxidant and theanine in tea can benefit brain function and mood.

Preparation

  • 2 ½ teaspoons of oolong leaves
  • 250 ml of boiling water.
  • Preparation mode:
  • Let the boiling water cool for 1 minute and add the oolong leaves, let it sit for 2 minutes
  • Strain and drink lukewarm.
