Preparation
1. peel the onion and garlic, and chop them into a container, where you put the margarine, add a bay leaf, bring to a low heat.
2. Let it stew, when the onion starts to brown, add the flour, stir well until the mixture is on, add the milk or broth, stir until the mixture comes off the bottom of the container.
3.Add minced meat, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and continue to stir.
4.Remove the pan from the heat and add a beaten egg to the mixture, continue to stir very well.
5. place the container on the fire and stir until it forms a ball that detaches from the bottom.
6. Remove the container from the heat, pour the preparation on a plate, cover and let it cool.
7. When cold, remove small pieces and mold croquettes, pass them through flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
8.Take the croquettes to fry in very hot oil, let them drain and serve with a good salad.
