sauté the shrimp in butter with onion, salt and pepper. season the sole and sprinkle with lemon juice. sauté in hot oil and add wine. cook for 15 minutes. gather with the shrimp, leaving on low heat for more than 5 minutes. sprinkle the chopped chives and serve.

  • 500 g of clean big shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 glass of dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
