Preparation

Clean the prawns by removing the head and the gut.
Bring a skillet over the butter and sauté the onion until it becomes transparent, then add the garlic, when the garlic is golden brown add the shrimp, oregano, salt and pepper, mix to avoid sticking the shrimp to the bottom of the pan .
As soon as the shrimp water has dried, pour the tomato sauce, mustard and mix.
Turn off the heat, and before serving, pour the cream without the whey. But if you want thinner stroganoff sauce, use the whey in the recipe.
Serve with white rice and potato straw.
