Preparation

Mix the olive oil with the dehydrated garlic and pepperoni. Reserve for at least 30 minutes.
Season the prawns with the chopped garlic, three tablespoons of olive oil and leave for 30 minutes.

After that time, season the shrimp with salt and five minutes later, heat a skillet well. When the skillet is heated, add the prawns with the oil and garlic. The process is very fast.
When the shrimp turns pink on one side, turn the other side.
Do not allow more than 5 minutes for the shrimp not to get rubbery.

Turn off the heat, wait for the shrimp to cool slightly and add to the oil mixture with dehydrated garlic and pepperoni.
Mix well, sprinkle the cilantro or parsley on top.

Serve with lemon slice.
