Preparation

Clean the prawns, removing the shells and casings, and wash them well.

Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and green scent. Reserve.

Bring to the heat, a pan with a little oil (olive oil).

When the oil is hot, add the prawns and brown them well, add the tomatoes to form a very sharp sauce.

Add the coconut milk, and leave on medium-low heat with a well-covered pan, for another 10 minutes.

Finally, add the palm oil and pepper to taste.


Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with white rice.
