Preparation

Peel and wash the shrimp well, removing the guts.

In a skillet, heat the oil in the skillet and add the garlic until golden brown. Then add the shrimp and brown.

Remove the pan from the heat, add the brandy and flambé, allowing all the alcohol to evaporate.

Add onion, olives, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with beaten parsley and serve with garlic bread.
