Preparation
make a garlic dressing with pepper and oil. then water is added to cook the chochoca, the corn, the barley, the morón and the beans; the cooking of these ingredients takes 4 hours and after this time the meat is added and cooked for 1 hour more. the dish is garnished with chopped parsley.
