Preparation

1. Remove the wires from the green beans.
2. In a pan, cook the beans in boiling salted water for three minutes. Then remove the beans from the water and let them cool.
3. In a bowl beat the eggs well with the flour and the chopped garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Wrap the green beans in the flour and let stand for about 20 minutes.
4. Fry the green beans in hot oil. When it is fried, place on a plate on absorbent paper.
