Preparation

Prepare all meats separately.
Then cook the beef in water with salt and pepper.
When the beef is half cooked, add the lamb, onion, parsley, turnips, carrot, bay leaf, apple, pear and cook for another 20 minutes. add the chicken and, once cooked, add the wine and boil for 5 minutes. Serve with potatoes and corn.

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 lamb loin
  • 2 kg. beef
  • 3 onions
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 4 turnips cut in half
  • 3 chopped carrots
  • whole black and white pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 peeled pear
  • 1/2 peeled apple
  • salt
  • 1 glass of wine
  • 8 corn
  • 16 potatoes
