Preparation

Peel the tomatoes and chop them very finely, like the cucumber, from which we will have previously removed the seeds. Once the seeds are cleaned, we chop them as well as the onion and garlic cloves. We mix everything well in a bowl. then we add the salt, a little vinegar (to taste) and the extra virgin olive oil. Mix everything well and chop the boiled egg on top. We put it in the fridge and let it rest for about an hour.

It is a perfect dish to eat alone, or accompanying other dishes. a good plate of Iberian ham is perfect.

  • 4 ripe tomatoes.
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a teaspoon of oregano.
  • 1 onion.
  • vinegar of the designation of origin
  • 1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt.
