cook the plantains whole and then mash them, add the flour and butter and mix well. Then fry the beans in a tablespoon of butter for about five minutes, heat the rest of the butter in another pan and add the bananas in tablespoons and mash it with a fork to form small pancakes. fry for about five minutes, put a teaspoon of fried beans in each pancake and fold. Fry covered filled pancakes for three minutes on each side or until golden brown.
