Preparation

melt the butter with the lard. fry the pork chops on both sides. remove them from the pan and keep them in a preheated dish. add the onion and garlic in the pan. cook for two minutes. add the peeled tomato and tomato concentrate. add the pinch of sugar. let it cook for about five minutes, drizzle with the broth. season with salt and pepper. bring to a boil for the sauce to thicken and thicken. put the pork chops back in the pan and let them taste. add the laminated mushrooms. let it cook for a few more minutes. accompany with rice or potato.
