Preparation

1. Season the minced meat with salt, minced garlic, pepper and nutmeg. Wrap it up well.
2. Wash and peel the potatoes. In a pan with salted water, cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a frying pan place the oil and the chopped onion, let it simmer for about two minutes. Add the meat and cook. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
4. When the potatoes are cooked, reduce them to puree, season with nutmeg, a few drops of lemon, pepper and margarine, wrap everything very well and let it cool. Remove small portions of puree, place in the palm of your hand, add a little meat, add a little more puree and mold in the shape of balls. Pass the bundles for beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry in hot vegetable oil.
