Preparation

Season the lamb leg with the sliced ​​orange and lemon, the chopped garlic, rosemary, sweet pepper, white wine, broken meat broth, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Wrap everything very well and let it marinate for 2 hours.

In a dish, place in the oven, preheated to 180ºc, for 20 minutes, basting with the marinade sauce.

Peel the potatoes and shallots, add to the dish, wrap and drizzle with a little water, if necessary.

Bake again for another 35 minutes.

Serve with boiled greens or sautéed spinach.
