Preparation
Season the lamb leg with the sliced orange and lemon, the chopped garlic, rosemary, sweet pepper, white wine, broken meat broth, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Wrap everything very well and let it marinate for 2 hours.
In a dish, place in the oven, preheated to 180ºc, for 20 minutes, basting with the marinade sauce.
Peel the potatoes and shallots, add to the dish, wrap and drizzle with a little water, if necessary.
Bake again for another 35 minutes.
Serve with boiled greens or sautéed spinach.

- 1 kg of potatoes
- 400 g shallots (small onions for roasting)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 300 ml of white wine
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 1 spoon (dessert) of sweet pepper
