Preparation

Heat the lard a little to melt and mix the lard very well with the oil, the chopped garlic cloves, the sweet pepper, the orange juice, salt and pepper.

Spread the piglet with this paste and marinate for half an hour.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Place the piglet on a tray and place it in the oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour, turning from time to time, until it is well roasted.
