four fillets of loin, or those that you want to put, in a pan fry two whole garlic and without removing them, fry the loin passed through breadcrumbs, once fried it is placed in an elongated source, in the same oil it is fried onion, and a tablespoon of flour, when it is fried, cider is added little by little to make it, add the salt and when it is done it is put on top of the loin and served.
