Preparation

Pork or round beef loin, put a kilo piece, fry very slowly in oil, once this is done, put it in the pot for half an hour, put enough onion, two bay leaves, a large glass of water filled with brandy, two tablespoons of oil and salt.

Once this time has passed (half an hour), let it cool down, put it in the fridge freezer for a while to be able to cut it into very thin slices.

The juice that has been released is saved and when it is served it is heated and warm, it is placed on top.
