Ingredients
- 2 kg of pork needles or ribs
- Sauce:
- ½ cup of ketchup.
- ½ cup of soy sauce.
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar.
- 2 tablespoons of aged rum.
- 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger root.
- Preparative:
- ½ cup brown sugar.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 1 tablespoon of lemon, sour orange or grapefruit juice.
