Preparation

After cutting the meat into squares, we place it in a pot and cover it with water, also adding the ground garlic, along with salt and pepper to taste. we must cook the pork over low heat (waiting for the water to be consumed). later, we fry the pieces of meat in their own fat or in oil. When they are well fried and crispy, drain them and remove from the heat. lastly, we serve with parboiled sweet potato and onion sauce.
