Preparation

Initially, we boil the leg in water with a little salt. then, we cut it into small squares (and save the stock formed). Separately, prepare the dressing with the minced garlic, the finely chopped onion, the salt, the pepper and the oregano (avoiding the onion from browning). Later, we add the ground yellow pepper and the pieces of leg. cook for a few minutes. also, we have to add the peanuts and half a cup of the broth where we boil the leg. Finally, we place the white potatoes previously parboiled and cut in half. give a brief boil. the patita with peanuts is usually served on the coast accompanied with white rice.
