Preparation

all the corn is grated. fry the onion, garlic, chili peppers in the hot oil, add the chicken and brown. add the cup of boiling water to the dressing and let it boil for twenty minutes. Add the grated corn, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom, once it is shiny and golden it is ready. serve with white rice, boiled potatoes, half a hard-boiled egg and olives.

  • six big corn
  • half a kilo of chicken meat
  • cup and a half onion, chopped
  • a cup of boiling water
  • half a cup of oil
  • six botija olives
  • three hard boiled eggs
  • two tablespoons of ground yellow pepper
  • a teaspoon of minced garlic
  • two tablespoons of ground chili pepper
  • a sprig of coriander or xilantro
  • salt, pepper and cumin to taste
