Preparation

In a frying pan with a little oil, fry the sirloin, when it is golden brown, add onion, garlic, leeks, carrot and green pepper, all very minced, adding a little white wine.

After everything is cooked, the sirloin is removed, it is divided into round fillets, placed in an elongated dish well placed, and the vegetables all around, can be served hot or cold.

After placing everything, a little sauce is put on top.
