Preparation
After the potatoes have been peeled and washed, they are cooked whole in water seasoned with salt.
After cooked and cold, they are cut into squares.
In a saucepan, bring to the heat with the oil, onions and chopped garlic.
Let it sauté a little, add the potatoes, cumin, curry, crushed mustard and chopped green chilli.

Meanwhile prepare the dough.

Form a ball with the dough, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Slices are cut with a glass of water or other utensil and fried in a greased frying pan.
