Preparation

Pour the flour into a bowl. Mix the butter and salt, the turmeric and the chilli well stepped.
Gradually add water and knead until a malleable dough.
Cover the dough with a cloth and rest for 2 hours. Then balls are formed that are placed on the stone of the floured table and that extend with the roller until they are very thin, with a diameter of 10 cm.
Fry in hot oil.
The slices are very crunchy.
