Preparation

In a pan for sweet delicacies, one pound of rice is cooked (in some recipes the rice is cooked for two hours). When it boils, add some sour orange leaves and cook until the rice grows, softens and the water evaporates. It is served in soup plates and left to rest. It is used as an accompaniment to meats (pork, beef, lamb or blood sausage).
