Preparation

We prepare the rice without salt and let it rest for a while. In a frying pan, fry the garlic, the finely chopped onion, the ground chili pepper, the paprika and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the shrimp coral and cook until even. then we add the white wine and the rice that was initially prepared. We stir until the preparation acquires a uniform reddish color and the rice is grained. Garnish with shrimp, parsley, peas or green pepper.
