Preparation

the day before leaving the meat seasoned with lemon juice, half the portion of wine, the bay leaf and 3 chopped garlic cloves. the next day put the meat in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle it with a drizzle of olive oil and bake for about 20 minutes. remove the pan from the oven and surround the meat, the onion cut into thin and small segments. put the potatoes over the onion. add all the remaining ingredients and mix. sprinkle the pan with this sauce and bake at least 1: 00h in the oven.

  • 1 piece of pork leg - preferably with fat
  • potatoes q.s. cubed matches
  • 1 ripe tomato broken into small pieces
  • 1 large onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 good portion of olive oil
  • equal portion of white wine
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • parsley q.s.
  • sweet pepper q.s.
  • salt
  • 3 bay leaves
