Preparation

Arrange the salmon in a container.

In a bowl, mix the whiskey (or sake) with the soy sauce and drizzle the salmon. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Throw out the marinade sauce (or you can sauté the accompanying vegetables).

Place the fish on a baking sheet.

Mix the miso with water and oil and rub the surface of the fish, rubbing well.

Cover with chives cut into pieces and then cover the platter with aluminum foil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200º for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the aluminum and let it brown a little.

Serve with sautéed vegetables and good appetite!

  • 5 tablespoons of water
