remove the caps or pulp from the rose apple without using the seed. Prepare the panela syrup with the cloves and cinnamon in a container. Incorporate the rose apple pulp into the molasses by boiling and cook for 40 minutes until it reaches its point.

note: sugar can be used if desired, only the color would change from caramel to syrup.
