Preparation

wash and drain all vegetables. place a saucepan over a fire with water seasoned with salt and let the vegetables cook. drain them very well at the end of cooking.


in a frying pan, put the oil and let it warm up. add the garlic and let it brown. then add the drained vegetables, wrap well and sauté.


serve as a side dish for any type of recipe.
