Preparation

Clean the sea bass well and season with salt and extra virgin olive oil. for about 15 minutes. Grill and reserve again.

In another small saucepan, add a spoon of butter, when melted, add the garlic, onion, peppers and leave for two minutes always stirring, add the coconut milk, chopped tomatoes and the chopped coriander branches.

Let the sauce soak and serve over the grilled sea bass.

Cook the potatoes and saute in olive oil.

Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander and good appetite!

  • 2 pieces of clean fresh sea bass (200 gr each)
  • 300 g of peeled potatoes
  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • 50 g of sweet pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large chopped tomato
  • ½ chopped red pepper
  • ½ chopped green pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 whole coriander branch for decoration
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
  • Salt and pepper to taste
