Preparation

Clean the slices well and marinate in the lemon juice sauce with 3 cups of water.

In a large saucepan, brown the garlic in the oil and add the onion until it is translucent,
add the paprika, mix well.

Add salt, tomatoes and green seasoning, leave some of the seasoning for the end.

Add the water, cover and let the broth thicken over low heat, then place the slices without the lemon broth, pinch 3 salt fingers on top of the slices, the rest of the green seasoning, drizzle a lot of oil, cover the pan and let cook for 20 minutes.

Serve hot, with white rice. Enjoy your food!
