Preparation
1. Take a pan with a little water to the fire. When it starts to boil, place the shrimp kernels and cook for about five minutes over low heat.
2. In another saucepan, place the oil, the chopped onion and the chopped garlics, let it simmer for about three to four minutes. Then place the peeled tomatoes broken into pieces and the pepper cut into strips, when the tomatoes start to fall apart, pour the white wine and let it cook for about five minutes.
3. Season with salt and pepper, pour the water (enough to cover the pasta completely) and when it is boiling, add the pasta.
4. When the pasta is almost cooked, place the prawns and clams, wrap the pasta and let it cook for about five minutes.
5. When everything is cooked, turn off the heat, sprinkle with the chopped coriander, cover the pan and let it rest for about three to four minutes.
