Preparation

Clean the skins and bones of the cod and then chip it.
Cut the cabbages and potatoes into pieces.
Bring the oil with the chopped garlics to the heat and, when they brown, add the cod, potatoes and cabbage. Let it sauté a little, stirring well.
Add the eggs, cut into pieces and stir until well wrapped.
Check the seasoning, grate pepper to taste and, if necessary, add salt.
Serve hot and, if desired, garnish with a few olives.

  • 6 kale leaves
  • olive oil q.s.
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • salt q.s.
  • olives to decorate (optional)
