Preparation

1. Wash the unpeeled potatoes very well. Bake them in a pan with water seasoned with a little salt.

2. Season the cod slices with a little salt if necessary. In a bowl place the oil, the chopped garlic cloves, the pepper and the bay leaf, mix everything with a spoon and set aside.

3. When the potatoes are cooked, place them on a tray together with the cod pieces. Drizzle everything with the oil and garlic mixture and put in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 40 to 45 minutes. From time to time, drizzle the cod and potatoes with the sauce itself.

  • - 1 bay leaf
