Preparation
Initially, we must boil the potato. In addition, we briefly boil the shrimp, after boiling they are peeled, we remove the coral (small and very intense red) that is on the head and place them in a container.
On the other hand, we brown the garlic cloves and fry the chopped onion with the green peppers. When this preparation has been toasted, we pour it into a blender, where we add the sweet cookies, the crumbled cheese and the milk (if you want to use chestnuts instead of peanuts).
Later, we blend, season, taste the salt and add oil to taste. Do not forget to use the huacatay and the shrimp tails to decorate the ocopa. Finally, pour the sauce over the boiled potatoes.
