Preparation

Sauté the onion, garlic and parsley all finely chopped.

Add the prawns and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Let it cook a little longer and add the rice.

Cook by adding a ladle of boiling water from time to time.

Add butter at the end of cooking.

Mix everything well and serve.
